Board Director, Youth Development
Ensures programs align with best practices in youth empowerment, reviews outcomes and metrics, advises on mentorship and leadership initiatives, and centers board decisions on the developmental needs of girls.
Dierre Elliott
Board Treasurer
Oversees the financial health of the organization, reviews budgets, financial statements, and reports, ensures proper financial controls, chairs or works closely with the Director of Finance & Audit, and reports financial status regularly.
Nikki Nutter

Secures and strengthens corporate partnerships, builds sponsorship pipelines, connects organizational initiatives to business networks, and supports mentorship and internship opportunities.
